The house with four rooms provides around 120m² of space for up to five people (non-smoking). One bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm), another on the upper floor has two single beds (90 x 190cm). The living room upstairs also has a sofa bed (140 x 200cm when pulled out). The bathroom has a shower and WC, as well as a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, fridge, freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, hand mixer and dishwasher. The ground floor also has a living and dining room with a TV (there is a second TV set in the upstairs living room), a DVD player and a stereo system with a CD player. A vacuum cleaner and a washing machine (in the bathroom) are also available, as well as a clothes dryer (in the kitchen). All the rooms have heating.
The outdoor area has a garden, a terrace and four car parking spaces for private use. The garden has a shed, a swing, sun loungers and a grill. The site is partially enclosed by a gate towards the road, a fence, a hedge and bushes. A total of six bicycles (two for women and two for men, one children's bike, one youth bike) are available for use free of charge. The property is completely fenced with a 1.60 m high fence system and so perfect for a holiday with children and dogs.
All windows (except roof windows) are insect screens. The patio door is equipped with an insect screen sliding element.
The nearest grocery shop is 5km away and it is the same distance to the beach. It is also just 3km to a café or restaurant. There is a bus stop just 200 metres away for public transport. If you are looking for peace and quiet away from everyday stress and holiday hustle and bustle, then you can enjoy extended walks here along paths to isolated, idyllic natural beaches. You can explore the beautiful island of Rügen as a couple or with the whole family, or simply relax and get away from it all.
