You can escape everyday stress and the hecticness of town, without being far away from anything. La Domus Superior is centrally located with very good transport connections. Right in front of the door there are two bus stops with connections to Osnabrück or Ibbenbüren. The well-known Lotte motorway junction (A1/A30) is a few minutes away.

It is an apartment for 2 persons plus a maximum of 2 guests. The living room measures around 30 m², of which about 6m² is an office/work space in the form of an open niche with a sideboard 160cm long for your paperwork and a desk with an ergonomic chair. The remaining 24m² invite you to enjoy a 50” flatscreen satellite TV and an exciting Blu-ray 3D film. The cupboard wall has an LED system with colour settings for an optimal ambience. There is a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed (130 x 260cm). There is also a dining table with four comfortable chairs for dining and relaxing. The 3.5m² entrance area with an intercom has a full-length mirror and provides central access to the bedroom, bathroom and living room. The fully-equipped kitchen (9m²) provides everything you need, including a fridge, oven, stove with ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. You can enjoy tea and coffee at the standing table with two bar stools. A pads or filter coffee machine is available. There is a pantry accessed from the kitchen with 2m² of ample space for your groceries. The 6m² bathroom has a soft-close WC, a sensor-controlled washbasin fitting and a soap dispenser, as well as a wall cupboard with a mirror and integrated lighting. The shower area takes up almost 1/3 of the bathroom and has a shower panel with various massage jets for relaxing. There is also an integrated radio system with a touch display in the bathroom. The apartment was completely newly renovated in 2015 and has very modern and comfortable furnishing.

Close to the apartment you can find various leisure activities. The following places of interest are within about 20 minutes by car.
