Detached, ground-floor bungalow (built in 2015) for 6 people, own approx. 350 square metre property - all windows have fly screens, -3 bedrooms with ground floor beds: 1 bedroom with double bed 1.80x2.00, 2 bedrooms each with 2x single bed 0.90x2.00 m-large living room with 6.5 m window front down to the floor, bathroom with shower (flat shower tray), guest WC, covered sun terrace with garden furniture and parasol-carport and further parking space behind it-completely equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and ceramic hob-Free WiFi at the holiday village administration (but not in the house)The house is located in the holiday village of Eckwarderhörne in the immediate vicinity of the dyke, the ferry terminal (e.g. pedestrian andThe house is located in the holiday village Eckwarderhörne in the immediate vicinity of the dyke, the ferry dock (including passenger / bicycle ferry to Wilhelmshaven) and a 50,000 square metre inland lake belonging to the holiday village (with an approx. 500 square metre sandy lawn directly on the inland lake, swimming pontoon and jetties). 800 m to the lido Eckwarderhörne with the beach hall, lighthouse, ferry dock and starting point for guided mudflat hikes.In the idyllic holiday village, away from the hustle and bustle of traffic, there is the "To'n Spieker" dyke inn, bicycle hire, children's playground and a 1,000 square metre play area with beach volleyball court, badminton court, basketball hoop, outdoor table tennis table, sandpit and swings.
