This stone house is located on a terraced plot surrounded by trees. The living room with its large fireplace offers a unique atmosphere that can only be found in these characteristic buildings. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has its own bathroom and a small terrace where you can sunbathe. Living and dining room have direct access to a covered terrace from which you can enjoy the magnificent view while chirping cicadas. Very quiet location in the countryside, but still not far from the city with all it has to offer!

    “Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl dort. Das Grundstück ist groß, mit Olivenbäumen bewachsen. Für Menschen mit Hund eigentlich wunderbar (solange der Hund keinen Jagdtrieb hat – es gibt viele Katzen, der Nachbar hat Gänse und Hühner:-). Etwas nachteilig fand ich die Lage: die Zufahrt bis um Haus ist sehr eng und dicht bebaut (direkt hinter dem Haus wird es aber offener und großzügiger). Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Bäcker sind ca. 30 Min. Fußmarsch entfernt durch landschaftlich wenig reizvolles Gebiet (stark befahrene Straße, Gewerbe). Die nächste Möglichkeit zum Schwimmen (Stausee oder Meer) sind doch weiter als gedacht (ca. jeweils 1 Std. Autofahrt) entfernt. Ein Schwimmbad wäre ideal. Das würde das Objekt dann aber auch wahrscheinlich deutlich teurer machen.”

    “Zeer sfeervol huis met veel ruimte binnen en buiten. Gezellig overdekt terras waar je ook als het iets minder mooi weer is lekker buiten kunt zitten. Grote omheinde tuin. Ideaal voor mensen met een hond.”
