The Three Flowers Apartment

The exclusive newly refurbished and decorated apartment in a coastal village of Arbanija near Trogir. It has a private access to the apartment through private courtyard (700 m²) and terrace (120m² in total ). The interior has 43m² in total (8m² in one bedroom, 9m² in other). House is in a small fishing village Arbanija, Čiovo – Central Dalmatia, it is 100m away from the sea. In the vicinity there is a pebbly beach. During your vacation no other guests are staying on the property of this house. Hosts will stay in the house during your vacation but have separate entrances in their apartment. The apartment with a huge garden and parking area is surrounded by a high stone wall and access is secured by an iron door that is locked. There is no external access to the apartment and the garden is hidden from outside view. The apartment has complete privacy. There is free Wi-Fi access in the accommodation unit. There is also a yard of 700 m2 on this house with BBQ facilities and outdoor solar shower. With this house you can also use a parking lot which is secured and only guests have accessibility. The apartment is fully adapted in January 2021. and is equipped with a new kitchen, appliances and bathroom furniture. Restored old furniture and art paintings give elegance and warmth to this apartment. Within walking distance you can reach: supermarket, ATM, restaurant. Service facilities located more than a kilometer away are: pharmacy, emergency and nightclub. Arbanija is a great choice for travelers interested in coastal walks, street markets and hot weather, making it an ideal place for family holidays. The nearest grocery shop is 150 m away, while a restaurant is at a distance of 250 m. A bus stop with links to Trogir is within 100 m. Various restaurants and bars can be found in a 400 m radius, while guests can rent boats and organized excursions and picnics just 150 m from the apartment. A pebbly beach with the crystal clear sea is located only 100 m away. Additional rental services: boat (on request) and bicycles (on request), this is a possibility only for our Three Flowers apartment in Arbanija. The UNESCO-protected Old Town of Trogir is only 4 km away. Trogir Bus Station is 4.5 km away. Split International Airport is 9 km away. The city of Split and its ancient Diocletian’s Palace are 30 km from Three Flowers Apartments.
