Simply marvellous: the single-storey Villa Casa Johann is a place to arrive and feel at home. The well-kept house with wooden windows and enchanting green shutters is situated in a dreamlike location near Cala Agulla on the east coast of Mallorca. There are no immediate neighbours but plenty of divine nature on your property and in the surrounding area. There are various terrace areas around the house; you are spoilt for choice between pleasantly shady and covered or sunny thanks to the south-facing position. All seating areas invite you to linger: A dining table with chairs here, a lounger there - everyone will find their favourite spot in no time at all. You might also choose one of the comfortable loungers by the beautifully curved pool - the view is magnificent: you can let your gaze wander over palm trees, cypresses and other Mediterranean plants, while in the distance a few green mountains rise up into the otherwise bright blue sky. Perfect for taking a deep breath and relaxing!

The interior of Casa Johann is inviting, bright and friendly throughout. White walls, wooden beams on the ceiling, tiled floors and comfortable, modern furniture: a summer retreat where you will feel completely at home. It is particularly practical that all rooms are on the same floor, so you don't have to climb any annoying stairs while on holiday. The living and dining area as well as the open-plan country-style kitchen with chic counter, which offers plenty of work surfaces for cooking, merge into one another in the form of a large, elongated room. This means that the freshly prepared delicacies can be served directly at the rustic wooden dining table. When you are full and satisfied after your meal, you only need to take a few steps to retire to the soft sofa or one of the two armchairs. Enjoy a good conversation or an exciting film on TV with a crackling fire and perhaps a glass of red wine. When you get tired, you can retire to one of the three discreetly designed double bedrooms, one of which has a modern en-suite bathroom, all of which have floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the terrace and pool. A further bathroom with a bathtub for relaxing rounds off the living space.

This is how holidays should be: Casa Johann was built in a south-facing location without direct neighbours, but surrounded by a dreamlike Mediterranean landscape. Nevertheless, the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Agulla and the village of the same name with numerous shopping and dining options are only 1 km away. The popular holiday resort of Cala Ratjada is right next door and offers not only a vibrant nightlife and water sports facilities, but also a tranquil old harbour and historic gardens.
