Individual holiday flat in the Bergisches Land

Come to rest, feel good, relax, hiking trails invite you to explore the surrounding nature. The Bergisches Land is a marvellous landscape that invites you to hikes, bicycle tours and long walks. The beautiful nature reserve Naafbachtal starts directly at our house and is located in an idyllic village with half-timbered houses and farmsteads surrounded by rolling hills, meadows and forests.

The picturesque Naafbach stream runs through the Naafbach valley to the north-east of Lohmar and south of Overath, with its alluvial forests on steep slopes in places. Numerous side streams of the Naafbach have their source in the forests and are home to many bird species such as the kingfisher, the red kite and many species of woodpecker. Come along on the herb trail and experience nature with all your senses, take a break at the Camping Paul restaurant and enjoy genuine Bergisch specialities on the excursion terrace in a beautiful farm garden.

The lovingly furnished holiday flat is located above the Naafbach valley and has its own entrance and completely enclosed garden, spread over 2 floors. A terrace with a seating area and charcoal grill invite you to enjoy a BBQ.
Here you can expect your own privacy and pleasant peace and quiet. Bicycles can be safely parked on the premises.
A parking space is available in the garage forecourt.

The 65 square metre flat was newly furnished as a guest flat in October 2024. It has 2 modern bathrooms, on the ground floor with a large round glass shower, washbasin and WC. Hairdryer, towels and shower gel/hair shampoo are available.
On the ground floor there is also an open-plan kitchen and dining area with a dining table for 4 people and a flat-screen satellite TV. The fully equipped fitted kitchen has all imaginable amenities such as fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine/pad machine as well as pots, crockery, glasses and cutlery. A bistro table with bar stools for a quick breakfast is also part of the furnishings.

Adjacent is a cloakroom area and a storage room. The living room adjoins and is furnished with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed 140 cm x 190 cm, a flat-screen TV, internet/satellite/receiver (Amazon prime and Netflix can be activated with your own account) and a walk-in wardrobe separated by a modern sliding glass door.

The bedroom on the upper floor can be reached via an open wooden spiral staircase and is furnished with a double bed 160 cm x 200 cm, a large wardrobe and an adjoining shower room with WC. There is also a balcony with a seating set on this floor.
