Ansprechendes Ferienhaus, nur 100 m von der Ostseeküste, in Sandviken gelegen. Eingeschränkte Raumhöhe von ca. 2 m im Haus. Man betritt zunächst die verglaste Veranda und geht dann weiter zum offenen Küchen-/Wohnbereich mit Annehmlichkeiten wie z.B. Kaminofen und bequemer Sitzecke. Im Bad gibt es u.a. eine Waschmaschine und angenehme Fußbodenheizung. Das Haus hat 2 kleinere SZ, eines (m. 2L) ist für Kinder gedacht. Eingezäuntes Grundstück am Haus mit Sandkasten und Schaukeln für die jüngsten Gäste. Die Region Listerlandet ist ein beliebtes Urlaubsgebiet mit vielen kleinen idyllischen Orten wie z.B. Hällevik und Nogersund. Für Golfspieler gibt es bei Sölvesborg, nur ca. 3 km vom Haus, einen schönen Golfplatz. Außerdem gibt es dort im Ort gute Geschäfte und Veranstaltungen verschiedener Art, zudem schöne Restaurants und Cafés. Das Laxens Hus in Mörrum ist einen Abstecher wert.
