The site with a holiday house in Stahlbrode is on a little holiday house estate without any through traffic, close to the waterfront.
You have an approximately 450m² plot with a parking space. The approx. 40m ² house is divided into kitchen (open), bathroom, bedroom with french. Double bed, living room including dining area. You can expect a fully equipped kitchen with fridge (with freezer compartment), coffee machine, kettle, toaster, 4 plate ceramic hob & dishwasher. The living and dining area is equipped with satellite TV & flat screen, sofa, dining table with armchairs, bookshelf, radio & BluRay player.
The house has a spacious south-facing terrace with a large brick barbecue on the adjacent lawn. On the large closed terrace there is a table with 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers and a parasol. The plot is surrounded & closed with a 80cm high fence.
The dog-friendly holiday home offers: swimming about 100m from the house, large dog bed (hygienically wipeable), Veterinarian in approx. 3km, contact details veterinarians, veterinary clinic, poison emergency call, free heap bags, water and food bowls (Hunters), books on the topic of dogs, first aid pet boxes, information about dog salons, dog schools etc. Furthermore there is a fenced-in large terrace, field and hiking trails directly from the holiday home as well as a souvenir for the dog.
The natural beach is less than 100 metres from the house. The beach is quite quiet, without mass tourism. The shore is flatly shelved. You can arrive, park your car and set out on walks straight from the holiday house.

80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
