Quietly located holiday apartments with their own terrace, not far from the child-friendly beach in the sea bay
This holiday house offers three holiday apartments for four people with separate entrances and is located in the tourist village of Donji Karin. The three apartments with a wonderful view of the sea bay and the Velebit mountains are just 100 metres from the beach. The location, surrounded by pine and oak trees, is a peaceful oasis, ideal for relaxing and for beach activities.
Each apartment has its own furnished terrace with a sea view. In the garden behind the house there is also a barbecue for the use of all guests. Parking spaces are not provided.
The apartments have a free wireless Internet access. There is no air conditioning.
There are shops 200 metres away. The bay has a beautiful beach with warm and clear water. It is easily accessible and surrounded by pine trees that provide shade. Owing to these features, it is ideal for children. Near the beach there is a moor, whose mud has a beneficial effect on rheumatic and traumatic pain. Within 30 to 40 kilometres there are the towns of Zadar, Biograd, Pakostane, Nin and Zaton which are worth seeing. The Krka, Paklenica, Plitvice and Kornati national parks are only around 60 kilometres away. The Zrmanja Canyon also invites you to go on beautiful trips and enjoy a range of activities.

The 50m² renovated apartment is on the ground floor, in the shade of an old oak tree. It has a bathroom with a shower, washing machine and toilet, and two bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200cm). One of the bedrooms also has a single bed (90cm wide). The living room-kitchen comprises a dining space and a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine.
